Point Render can turn 3D scenes into a render with classic graphic forms. The main aim of the add-on is to revive old, classic art techniques in a reinterpretation using computer graphics.

The system offers a special library of brushes and styli; artists can also use the tool with their own brushes and objects from other graphics programs.

The Point Render add-on is currently still in the testing phase. The first works and test clips made with the tool can be viewed on Behance.

More, by the way, on non-photorealistic and 2D digital art in the next DP 04 : 16, which appears on June 14.
