For the AV Media department at the Salzgitter campus, Ostfalia is seeking an artistic-technical employee for a fixed term of 2 years at the earliest possible date.
Your Tasks
• Assisting in teaching in the field of AV media
• Supporting the AV workstations
• Lending media peripherals (camera, editing, post-production and
media technology)
• Guidance and support for student final projects
• Writing and presenting reports and publications at
an academic level
• Coordinating the development of a consecutive Master’s degree programme in
Media Design
Your Profile
• successfully completed university degree in disciplines such as
media design, film/AV media, media technology, film and television technology
or similar, as well as relevant prior knowledge
• in-depth professional interest in AV media in an artistic-technical
environment
• sound knowledge of computers and networks and their
administration (preferably Mac and PC)
• professional experience in an AV media environment
• commitment to research and development activities
• very good German and English skills
• organisational skill
• ability to work under pressure
• enjoyment of creative work
Presence at the Braunschweig/Salzgitter University of Applied Sciences location is required.
The following general information applies: working hours are 23.88 hours/week (60%). Remuneration is in accordance with pay group 11 TV-L.
