Ascon, developer and integrator of CAD/CAM/PLM – software , will exhibit for the first time this year at EuroMold 2007 – World Fair for Moldmaking and Tooling, Design and Product Development. The New version of the professional CAD solution – Kompas-3D V9 will be shown at the Ascon stand in Hall 6.0, Stand B 50, as well as at the joint stand of the CAD community CAD.de in Hall 6.0, Stand F 92.
Ascon offers visitors and participants at EuroMold the opportunity to become acquainted with the new version of the Kompas-3D software solution, which can be used for professional parametric 3D modeling and 2D design. During Ascon’s more than 17-year history, the number of successful Kompas-3D installations grew into the thousands in various fields such as the aerospace industry, heavy machinery, the automotive industry, electrical engineering, the oil industry, shipbuilding and many others.
Kompas-3D V9 is the second, substantially improved version to be distributed worldwide and is fully available in English or Russian. Czech, German and French versions of Kompas-3D V9 will also be available in the future.
The improvements and new features in Kompas-3D include an interactive learning system-«Kompas-ABC», collaboration tools, expanded import and export functions, expanded parametric 3D modeling functions and new features for design. Most, of the tools introduced in Kompas-3D, were developed at the wish and request of international customers. Kompas-3D V9 is the ideal solution for users who want to work in a powerful, userr-friendly CAD application and want to invest an acceptable price for an excellent solution.
Kompas-3D V9 also has a free Light version as well as the fully functional demo version.
