The four top penguin spies are recruited by a secret organisation called North Wind under the leadership of the ambitious Classified (Benedict Cumberbatch). They are to stop supervillain Dr. Octavius Brine (John Malkovich) and his terror — and the animal suit-wearers give it their all. As with the "Madagascar" films, DreamWorks Animation created the spin-off.
Incidentally: Werner Herzog has also been given a dubbing voice.
