Porjects in the sculpting tools from Pixologic can easily become confusing with many subtools. For this purpose, 3D artist Florian Jonas has now created a useful free ZBrush plug-in – “FJ Tools.” Here is a brief overview of the features.

FJ Tools ZBrush Plug-in Features

  • Naming functions enable subtools to be renamed. For example, you can provide them with prefixes and suffixes. (Also supports Boolean Groups)
  • Grouping allows sorting by prefix in order to organize all subtools quickly.
  • Color feature for creating colors for the respective subtools (as Polypaint using different methods)
  • Expert Mode for showing and hiding selected areas of the interface.
