SIGGRAPH 2019 takes place once again next month. At the conference, researchers show summaries and full articles of their research papers. Technical Papers is one of the most important areas for disseminating and discussing new scientific work in computer graphics and interactive techniques. In this preview, the ACM team presents a selection of research projects, including light-field technology, new simulation and modeling techniques, neural networks, relighting methods and more. Alongside new research results from various academic laboratories, Facebook Reality Labs, NVIDIA and Disney Research, highlights include, among other things:

SIGGRAPH 2019

From July 28 to August 1, 2017, the world’s largest conference and exhibition in computer graphics and interactive techniques takes place in Los Angeles. Over five days, research results, demos, education topics, art, screenings and hands-on interactivity with the latest technical advances will once again be presented.
